We have managed the mall before by providing them with a Center Manager who was overseeing to the affairs of the mall. The scope included facility management, service charge administration, rent collection, etc. The Palms Ota Mall is situated right beside the defunct Gateway Hotels, Ota, Ogun State, very close to Toll Gate between Lagos and Ogun States
